Payment and dispatch
We deliver all over the world, and shipping is free on every order.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified, orders to the USA and abroad ship within 2–3 days from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed, from the date of the payment instruction). Shipping is free on every order, and every order includes tracking. Transit times after shipping are estimates, not guarantees.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (USA) within 7-14 working days, for deliveries abroad within 7-14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Email support@homeofcraft.com with your order number to start a return.
